Mattress Firm Boise Towne Square

I spent quite a bit of time researching mattress in a box options, but I was hesitant to actually order one. I decided to go to Mattress Firm to check out the Tulo mattresses since you can actually test them in store. My last mattress shopping experience wasn't pleasant and I had a very pushy sales guy. Ryan at Mattress Firm was amazing! I explained my budget and not once did he try to push me outside of that. He was knowledgeable about the mattresses and was extremely helpful. I felt like he was honest when I asked him if he'd had any complaints about the mattress I was interested in. He was friendly and I was comfortable talking to him and asking questions. I'm pretty indecisive and he was very patient and understanding. I was apprehensive to buy a bed in a box, but he was knowledgeable about store policy and reassured me I'd be taken care of if I wasn't happy with my purchase. So far the mattress is great! I've only been sleeping on it for about a week and i'm hoping it will soften up a bit as it breaks in, but I have no complaints. Will definitely recommend Ryan and Mattress Firm to friends and family.

Just purchased a bed from Jennifer G. and I couldn’t be happier! She was very helpful in choosing the right bed for my new family and getting the most bang for my buck. This is my second time buying a bed from a Mattress Firm, and Jen’s customer service ensured that there will in fact be a third time, and possibly even more.

I had a wonderful experience with this Mattress Firm. The salesperson Jen was incredibly friendly - when I stopped by in need of a bed frame and a bunkie board she helped me score fantastic deals on each item. I truly felt the employees there were catering to my needs as a customer, as opposed to other places where it feels like they are trying to con you into a ripoff deal. Thank you Jen!
