        We have a bar in Bliss and used to have ice delivered monthly. One of the guys came in and got us started with an ice machine - the monthly cost was the same as delivery however we don't run out of ice and the convenience can't be beat. We have very hard water in Bliss and occasionally the guys have to come out and perform maintenance on the machine. Much to our chagrin, our ice machine came unplugged once and obviously wasn't making ice. We called and they came right out and laughed with us - these guys are great and come out whenever we call. I would recommend them to anyone using ice in their place of business!

        Maybe haven’t worked with a better company. Zack, Wes, and the crew are always so fast to respond. These guys maintain and adjust things in the drop of a dime!

        Nearly two years ago they came by to our restaurant in Cascade andwe agreed to a maintenance agreement for our brand new ice machine. They showed up one time on the way back from McCall with no phone call 15 minutes before we opened for service, haven't seen em since. So our ice machine went down this week, we've been trying to do our own cleaning to get our machine to.make ice so we called them and they said they are too busy for us, so pretty much " fuk you" Cascade, not worthy, so one of the worst companies we've tried dealing with. This is the first bad review we've written, don't believe in bad reviews but this is ridiculous...
