Evolution Landscape and Nursery

This company did the landscaping on a home we purchased in the Boise foothills. Sometime afterwards we noticed that a number of trees were looking bad. A closer inspection showed that the root balls were still wrapped in the nylon rope used for transport. We informed the builder who informed Mike at Evolution Landscape. Mike promised that he would come out and rectify the problem. Never happened. The trees will have to be replaced at someone else’s expense. Check the reviews and check with the neighbors, this is how they roll. Dig a hole, drop a tree in. Do yourself a favor, if you’re buying a new home insist that the builder use someone else.

Absolutely the best service I’ve received in a long time. Mike Baker is professional, personal and wonderful to work with. My yard looks amazing and his crew was proficient from preparation to the finish project. They went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more pleased! 😀

Do NOT work or hire this company! Mike Baker, owner, will happily take your money then not stand by his work nor finish his work that is contracted for. Lots have the trees that were planted last year - bought the warranty for replacement last year when the installation took place - Baker now refuses to replace them. His negligence by his own crews by leaving nylon twine on ALL of the bur lapped tree bundles explains why so many died and were continuing to die. Removed the twine yesterday Sept 28, 2017 and hopefully saved the remaining trees! I have lots of pictures if you want more proof!!
