Everything about this store was great. I live in Nampa, but will drive to Boise and Artsmith's for my jewelry business. Service was great, price was superb and everyone was super friendly.

They have been really good to me there at Artsmiths I took a few rings in there and had lots of work done on a few rings I recommend them to all my friends and family ..Larry has help me about and because of they way they treated me with the utmost professionalism I will always do business with them

I brought a diamond ring here to be sized, and when I came to pick it up, they said it wasn't ready after waiting 3 days(when they said it would be done). I repeated that they said it would be done by now, so the jeweler told me to wait 15 minutes and he would finish it. He finished it and after,  one of the workers tossed the bag (that contained the ring) across the table to the front desk so they would be able to give it to me. That caused a diamond fall out of the ring and be crushed (small diamonds), and they refused to admit they did it, yet they said they would repair it. The second ring that I brought to them was to get blue diamonds replaced, and they ordered blue diamonds that do not match my the other color of the stones in the ring. "Prong work" was very mediocre when setting the stones, and left prongs that looked very noticeably worse than the others on the ring. They do not take care of your jewelry and seem to not be on time.

This is a long-time, established jewelry company in Boise. Their building is very old & tired looking. The interior is very outdated & unappealing. I took several watches in to get new batteries. The employees were all working, while watching a cooking show on television. The price charged for the work was very reasonable. I would not, however, be inclined to make a jewelry purchase here because the atmosphere was just so uninviting.
