Ocean was the nice lady working when I called about a room for me and my fur baby Nova because we broke down and needed a room. She was so helpful and courteous. If you need help don't expect customer service from here, they'll ignore you. One of the worst experiences. I came to the hotel because I was in labor and st Luke's sent me away 15/20 minutes after arriving I had to leave again because I was in full labor. The front desk told me to contact the manager and talk to them about the situation, I tried contacting the manager for two weeks just to be ignored or for them to tell me she would call me. Left multiple voicemails and emails. She's never there when I call. The customer service is terrible, how hard is it to give a customer a call and it should never take more than two weeks for a manager to help someone with an issue. Every time I have stayed here the customer service is bad.

Great place to stay!!!! So clean... Big lot for parking!! Quiet... Rooms are nicely furnished. Vanity mirror was a special treat.. The Hotel also has a Very pleasant staff!! Tracy the manager was very helpful. Only 15 minutes from Boise State University . Really awesome location for Football Games!!! You stay in the left lane as you pull out of the Hotel parking lot and you go right by the stadium. So easy!! Thanks for the wonderful experience!! Food & drinks: They have a small store in the lobby. And a huge truck in front of hotel. Subway and Taco Bell, along with a country cafe.

Hotel stay was phenomenal with all the employees making you feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities they offered, couldn't have been better. One employee that stands out and truly made our stay that much more pleasurable, was beautiful Delilah. She has an inviting attitude and a sweet and hospitable demeanor. She made sure our room type was perfect and even called to check on us shortly after check in. During our stay, she always had a smile on her face and continued to ask how our stay was going. I believe the world would be a better place, if there were more Delilah's in it. I can't wait to go back and visit Boise and of course, we will be staying at the Red Lion Airport. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.
