Worst customer service! Went in to purchase a tiller, sales lady didn't know how to process our card, she said it would be 5 mins on hold with the card company and that she didn't want to wait that long. So she turned us away! So because she was too incompetent and impatient, they lost our business! What a joke. Guess we will spend our money elsewhere.

Not a fan of the rude front end. Bought a riding mower from them in April, went back today to buy a bearing for the front wheel, ended up being told to go to Campbell tractor because they don't sell parts.

Dint waste your time or money with this place. We are a local mowing company here in Boise and I promise they have no concern for there customers. We can't even get them to answer the phone. Your better off having to drive across town.

DO NOT TRUST! Flag #1. I called D&J, they tell me if it is leaking because of bad fuel, it is not under warranty. iT HAS HAD A SLOW LEAK SINCE i GOT THE UNIT. They then tell me that Amsoil Fuel Stabilizer is made with alcohol. Flag #2. Both are false. The lady wants to argue the point and argue and argue. Almost $200 for a new carb warranty repair. The generator Mfg said they would have sent me the carb if I wanted to put it on myself.I purchased a generator and did the break in on it with new fuel, new oil etc. I went to use it several months later and realized it was out of fuel. I thought, maybe I had run it empty, and not remembered it. I filled it again with new non ethanol Phillips 66 fuel, I added Amsoil Fuel Stabilizer, and ran it again. I left it 1/2 full. 3-4 days later I went to use the generator, it was empty. I thought no problem, It is under 2 year warranty, I'll take it in. Several more months go by this time I am close to 1 year but still under, and I have a 2 year warranty.
