They obviously don't test their products. Bought a Wii controller, found out a couple weeks later during its first use, that it did not work at all. After trying to return it or exchange it for a working one, they informed us that it was outside the 7 day warranty period (which was not disclosed at the time of the sale). Instead of working with us on it, they blamed it on us, even though they sold it without even testing to see if it worked in the first place. Would recommend staying away from this place for all items (prices weren't much better than a store with better warranty and actually check their products). Live and Learn, this is not a business that takes pride in their products.
