They insist on full payment at time of install. Unfortunately, after getting your money it is incredibly difficult to get them to show up and finish. Meagan in the sales department is unresponsive and not very helpful. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. UPDATE: The comment below from the General Manager is just lip service. The job was not difficult, your crew repeatedly showed up late (if at all), your sales manager was non-responsive, she would tell me that the crew would call when they were on the way, they never called. It took calling you and getting loud before your guys came to finish. Additionally, we had recommended two other friends/relatives for the same type of conversion and each of them had problems with your install. You have my number and if you really wanted to "work through the issue" you would have contacted me already.

Amazing customer service! I had a unique situation with my old glass fireplace doors. I need a new fire rope and couldnt fit the the panels back into the doors myself. Tony and Joe helped me fit the panels back in and not only were they extremely helpful, they didnt even charge me! We will definitely be coming to back to Leisure Time.

While doing some spring cleaning I decided to get my fireplace insert cleaned up for next fall. I needed to get a replacement item and stopped in at Leisure Time, Inc. I had brought the item needed along with the piece it came out of since I really didnt know what the item was called or how I would put it back together. Well to make a long story short, Tony Levi greeted me and knew exactly what I needed and did not hesitate to measure off what I needed and put everything back together with a very cheerful attitude. Its really nice to go into a business and find the people to be more than happy to help you. I will definitely go back to Leisure Time, Inc.
