IES Custom Staffing Boise

I've taken 2 different jobs threw IES,its and easy process the people in the office are great and easy to work with. They are always a phone call away if you have questions or need help. I would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

This place will find you a job 100% and the ladies there are beyond kind, they helped me find my new career. The three stars go for that! But please be warned, hiring agencies as nice as they come are only benefiting off of YOU. If you get a 9-5, this probably wont affect you too much. Working for a flex hour schedule based on the job I got - I was having almost 300$ of hard labor work be taken out of every weekly paycheck. This is called employee tax and its how they get bonuses at the end of the month. You also get no benefits, bonuses, overtime or anything more when youre doing the same work as other employees, so its almost like slave work and youre paying the temp more than living. It was an unfair regimen I had to endure for 8 months because I was loyal via contract until they told me I made hours a while ago. Then why was I not informed? Ive called and left messages/email seeing if my contract was done. Made it seem like they enjoyed getting paid by me. Scrubbing nasty rooms compared to sitting down jobs getting paid off the clients is so heartless and I will never go through another temp agency again, neither should you. Even 9-5s dont deserve that much commission being taken out.

The girls were very friendly and helpful . I would recommend the boise branch over the Nampa one any day of the week .
