Didn't have what I was looking for but they took the time to to actually find it for me and called me back letting me know where to get it and asked if I needed them to order it for me. Truly great service!!

I used this contractor a couple of times in the past three years but my latest experience wasn't good. I had a circuit breaker problem, contacted Copperhead and he said he'd try to make it out later that day. He never showed, never called. I texted him the next day to find out if he was going to be able to get me on his schedule and he never responded. Needless to say, I won't be using Copperhead again.

When I first contacted Casey, I only knew I needed more power to the shop and for our RV. I had NO clue exactly what was needed. He came out and explained everything we needed to do to achieve that. We changed things up, more than once, and each time we came to him with more work, or a change in our layout and design which threw curveballs; he was so easygoing and patient!!! Like seriously..we were THOSE clients.. Casey added more power to the main house, ran power to the shop and ran all new lines in the shop, with a new panel (in a total different spot than originally planned) and set up each of the outlets and lights of our complex shop design. Plus all the wiring ran for our RV power. We are enjoying the use of the shop and have absolutely NO issues with blowing fuses or overloading when we have a million things running. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle our electrical needs. Period! Thanks so much Casey and crew! So, my issue was really small, but I'm more than a little naive and intimidated when it comes to electrical. I called fairly late on a Sunday and Casey (spelling?) Was really helpful over the phone and encouraged me to try and fix it myself. Alas, I couldn't fix the problem, but he was out the next day and had it fixed in no time. I would recommend these guys in heartbeat.
