Dr. Spencer is an amazing physician and I would highly recommend him for anyone who likes a no nonsense straight shooter who is also very caring and thorough. The staff are very friendly and I have always gotten in right on time for my scheduled appointment.

Doctor's office gets paid. Insurance company gets paid. Patient loses. This establishment is the epitome of what is wrong with healthcare. I was charged for services they did not render and brought in for another visit to submit paperwork that should have been handled by the office staff without an extra charge from the beginning. Terrible office staff and subpar medical care.

I love Selah Medical Center!!! I will never go to another doctor! I LOVE DR SPENCER!!!! He never makes me wait long and he always answers every question that I ask. He not only cares for me, he takes time to educate me and gives me choices about my care.

I've been going to Selah for a couple years and have been treated better than any other Doctor's office experince in my past. Dr Spencer and his staff are thorough and professional in all departments. People need to understand that this isn't a "fast food" profession and you need to expect to wait like everyone else does.
