PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!
THE REASON WHY PRICES ARE SO LOW IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY "EMPLOYEE OWNED"
I'm a truck driver and they save money by hiring a unloading service that truckers have to pay $100-$600 for WinCo to get their orders off our trucks.
They make us sit for ridiculously long hours while they unload, count, and brake down the load.
Sitting in door a at the bosie DC and it has taken 4 hours + to unload, count, and brake down the pallets.
CAPSTONE LUMPER SERVICES ARE SLOW AS HELL!
You might want to fire capstone and hire employees to unload trucks. I'm usually in and out with in 1.5 - 2 hours but on Saturday nights I'm here for over 3 hours to 6 hours. I have a load at 6 am Sunday and I won't get a legal break in that I'm REQUIRED by D O T LAWS. So now I'm missing out on another load. Thanks for taking money out of my pockets for hiring capstone to receive your orders.
The lumper service can brake down the load after I have been released. That's what they get paid to do it's not to be done on the drivers time. Your product is off my truck that means it's your responsibility to count and brake down after I'm gone. I don't get paid to sit in a door for more than 2 hours. So this is making the revenue on my truck lower than it needs to be. GET RID OF CAPSTONE THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY!!!!!!

Just spoke with WinCo's customer service "Chelsey" associated with the corporate phone number who was extremely rude and interrupted me constantly while falsely accusing me of interrupting. She liked putting putting words in customer's mouth. I called back to report her to her boss and her friend picked up the phone ("Bri" or "Bree") and she asked if I was the same person (J N) whom Chelsey spoke with earlier and she didn't give her name this time until asked for it. That meant that her unprofessional staff were gossiping... She again kept interrupting me before hanging up the phone prematurely without maturity all to try and convince me that her friend Chelsey was perfectly polite in the previous call before hanging up... They seem really unhappy... I called back again to speak with the boss and spoke with Kierstin who also hung up on me after she said she'd get back to me with supervisor's info. The same EXACT thing happened to customers who called WinCo corporate offices located in Boise, Idaho. Everything one of these customers mentioned about the staff misquoting, twisting, interrupting, hanging up and projecting to customers and even the staff names were the same as these dissatisfied customers....

When to winco foods today in hemet ca to purchase a 10 pound box of tilapia the worker the was helping me was charging me for 11 pounds i suggest her she needed to take the tare out she call her manager which he did arrive but her attitude was so rude . I asked her if it was going to take long because i needed to pick up my son from school and her reply to me was whatever , if you want wait its ok or i cant just leave and go somewhere else the she didn't have time for me.

Called the corporate office of Winco to make a complaint about the signage - displaying a lower price in a large size and an additional price in a size to small to notice (informed by an employee) - the woman n the other end of the phone seemed to listen intently and when she began to speak - she said to me we dont give refunds here - as though I mentioned something about a refund - I thought she was listening but she was not because when I reminded her that I didnt ask about a refund - she stated that all customers calling corporate want a refund - I shared a helpful tip with her - treat the customer as an individual and listen sincerely to their concern - I asked for her name and she hung up in my face. So Winco Foods are printing signage in hopes to manipulate customers and the corporate office customer service department needs managing - I called back to speak with a manager and the same one that hung up in my face pretended to be Bri( is what she said her name was) lol - the same girl telling me they dont have a manager then changing it that they dont have a manger available and refused to forward my concern to the manager. People start paying close attention to the signage - the signage stayed in very large numbers $2.04 but I was charged $2.04 for the first four and $2.99 for each pineapple after the first 4. No where on that signage did it state that. Six thumbs down on a four thumb hand. Lack of integrity
