        Garage foundation project -- The cost was competitive, but the overall workmanship was very poor. There were anchor bolts missing or improperly placed in the stem walls, along with significant lift lines and rock pockets. It was necessary to saw cut and remove concrete from the roll-up door opening, and grind concrete to accommodate the man door. There was a 3/4 inch elevation bust in on 2-foot wall. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience.
