Josh explained everything and took the time to thoroughly clean the carpets. His aftercare advice was very informative. I used zerorez 6 months ago and I wasnt too impressed with that technician, but Josh was great. I really appreciated his efforts and concerns. He was very professional and knowledgeable. John was so helpful moving some furniture and rolling up a big rug. He got several pet stains out and his attention to detail was excellent. He kept me informed throughout. Very awesome!!
