After going to Meineke for 10 years I will never do business with any of their locations again, Hadley especially. Maybe if I post my complaint here, someone will finally get back to me.
I had my oil changed back in August. Not only did i sit and wait for about 30 min even though I had an appointment but for an oil change it took over an hour once they finally took my car back. From where I was sitting I could see my car. When I asked how much longer they told me they were just bringing it down from the lift, which again, I could see my car and it was not on the lift. Then once they came in with my keys they told me that one of their employees had accidentally broken a piece of my hood off and they attached it with tape. Told me they would order the part and fix it once it came in. Here we are in December and I still haven’t heard from ANYONE! I have been the one to continually call them for updates and I always hear the same excuse. Either the part hasn’t arrived or it was the wrong one. I called the corporate customer service a month ago and I kid you not, still have not heard from anyone. Absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. I don’t care how much more I have to pay to go somewhere else, but I will not be giving meineke another dollar. And I definitely won’t be referring anyone to them.
