Having worked here previously, and being intimately familiar with the operation of this company, I would advise you to steer clear. Extremely mismanaged.

I used to work here until ensign took over.. Went from a silver star facility to nearly shut down and owned by the state within a year. I wouldnt let anyone stay here.. Ensign values money over everything else.. The entire kitchen staff left over what they wanted us to serve the residents

This is a shout out and special thank you to Park Place (formerly United Heritage) for the care they gave my mom. Having bought this place about two years ago, owners - Randy, Heidi and the entire staff were a God send to my mom and our family. We were blessed mom had a kind, Christian community with such caring people to spend her last days. I highly recommend Park Place for anyone who wants to ensure their loved ones are well cared for when family is unavailable. The staff are accepting and loving towards the residents in ways that matter - spending time with them, seeing that they had the little things...no matter how small and always keeping the family informed of all health changes. I was pleasantly surprised by the average number of years most of the employees have in elder care - accepting and embracing the residents at wherever they are currently in their journey. Such a blessing!
