        Called to see if they could see my newborn for some decongestant hes been having. They require me paying $150 upfront which is not what we have right now. Its concerning to me that they would not see a sick child despite pay especially if the insurance is processing. Seems like they just want money right away rather than taking care of their patient first. Couldnt a minimum pay be enough and the patient be billed after especially in such cases?

        We never have a long wait time and the staff is always great. My kids see Dr Smith and he has always been knowledgeable and helpful.
