Visited the store today looking for collagen and an iron supplement. Unfortunately the rude bald ‍ retail guy didn't greet me with his shaved head. He didn't offer me any help at all. I didn't purchase anything and neither should you. When companies select people like him to represent them on the front lines as retail, they're saying something. Visit a GNC. At least they act like they care.

Terrible customer service... The associate didn't say a word to us the whole time we were there until I asked a question and he just answered no and looked away.

Worst customer service ever recieved... No hello or do u need any help... The guy just seem like he doesn't wanna be there. Made me feel really uncomfortable purchasing my supplement. Will never go there again...

I love the Waikele store - 9 years I've purchased my supplements at that store. All the employees are helpful, and I cant compliment Rolly enough - when he's in store, so knowledgeable and helpful. Other employees have gone out of their way to follow up for me too.

Today was a one star due to customer service no welcome or hello. When we were done with transaction not even a thank you or anything. It's not same as before. No wonder places are closing down.
