Update: 2024: Had additional plumbing service with CJ. Awesome again! To support installation of flooring, they removed/replaced my water heater; removed my dishwasher, and installed two new toilets on various days/times. Dylan, Johnny, Cesar provided top notch service. Thank you again CJs! 2021: CJ Plumbing provided the best service. Vicky answered my call and was very professional and courteous. I needed my toilet repaired as soon as possible and Tim scheduled it on the day I called. Patrick came out a couple hours after I called CJs and repaired my toilet perfectly. Great, friendly, professional service. The best plumbers on the island!

Recently had an urgent water leak issue. Had a bathroom renovation done about six months ago which included an installation of new shower plumbing. Now we were suddenly getting water seeping up from beneath the floor over a period of a week and soaking the carpet in several different locations, with no indication of where the water was coming from. Called CJ Plumbing, and got an appointment for the next afternoon. Was lucky enough to get Chad, the boss of CJ Plumbing and his assistant, Nanno (sp?) come out. After explaining the history to Chad, first thing he did was check the water meter to see if there was water running. Meter showed negative (bad meter?). He then figured he would need to look inside the wall to inspect the pipes, and sure enough, the hot water pipe for the adjoining renovated bathroom was badly leaking from a poorly soldered joint connection to the shower. It took only about 45 minutes for them to fix the problem. When Chad invoiced me, I asked him how much for the visit, trouble-shooting and repair. When he quoted me only $675 for the entire job, I was totally shocked. Any of the bigger companies would probably have charged twice that or more for two hours work. CJ Plumbings response, expertise, work ethic and pricing were excellent, and I wish I could give more than five stars. If you need a plumbing company, go with CJ Plumbing best Ive come across in my last 50 years.

Having used Steves, Diamond Head, multiple plumbing companies in the past, I say CJ is the most reliable and the HONEST plumbers on the IslandThey came right out and took care of all my plumbing problemsand their rates were reasonable unlike others on the Island Once I find a good company, I am staying with them forever.

Vicky and her staff work tirelessly to ensure that the scope and quality of work is completed correctly. Their professionalism and eagerness to help is evidenced from the moment youre connected on the phone with them. They are honest and pricing was fair when compared to competitors. I would absolutely recommend. Mahalo, mahalo!!!

CJ Plumbing absolute best! I would give 10 stars if I could. They quickly respond, are fast, efficient, organized, full of integrity, fair in their pricing, and easy to work with. They care about the customer. Twice they've come to my rescue. May 29, 2021, Tim came even tho it was a Saturday (CJ's closed) with wife and dau in the car! He took the time to test both toilets and water meter readings, isolated it was washlet part, not leaking toilet, nor big underground leak, unlike Emergency Plumbing Service EPS (pink trucks) who had just left after showing up 3 hrs late and charging me $293 just to get me on emergency appt schedule to "Investigate" leak. Only because of CJs and Tim I realized what EPS had done to this worried senior female... and that I didn't need my driveway dug up. CJs sent me written estimate straightaway, picked up the small parts fr TOTO and fixed all by the next week. They were also amenable to my request to fix slow draining sinks and upgrade a faucet for me at the same time. All of this for less than EPS charged to do nothing. After months watching water bill increase fr 2000 to 16000 gallons, I assumed underground leak just like two adjacent neighbors who paid $20,000 EACH to Steve's (green trucks). I cried after plumber Simao fixed everything for me in an hour. Second, in July 2023, a pipe in my yard burst late Friday, gushing water everywhere. Although fully booked next day the awesome office gal Vicky got Simao to wedge me in early morning between his other appts. She knew I'd be without water all weekend. Simao assessed and fixed all within an hour. Everyone I've come in contact w at Cjs, esp Tim, Simao, Vicky (love her!) and Kelly in the office are heads and shoulders over anyone I've called for help. I'm thinking this must be a Christian company....kind, caring and respectful. I've told all my friends and family CJ's Plumbing is the best!
