They really were very good people to me and worked closely with me to make sure I was at ease with any and all issues. I worked a lot of hours and was barley available but the understanding ladies that worked with me helped alleviate a lot of life’s stresses for me while also helping me save money. I would highly recommend the services of Allstate. Rebecca Leau was my agent and she was above and beyond. By far my favorite insurance agent to date.

I’m not impressed. I will be looking for another agency next year. Several reasons: I leave messages but no one gets back to me, I’ve had to drive to the agency to pick up my monthly insurance card (what a hassle to change cards every month), I tell them I’m coming to pick up the cards at a certain time and it’s not ready- once, the office was closed and the girl next door told me they left an hour before, and lastly, they double charged my brother when he paid. I thought Farmer’s Insurance had poor service... all of this happened within the first 6 months. I need a company that is stable, is accurate, is responsive, and is present. Not impressed with Allstate and this agency. Sorry, I will be changing.

This company has an excellent team. Very responsive, knowledgeable and personable.
