        a lot of inconsistencies and turnovers in this agency without informing client. There were times unknown worker shows up unannounced when no one informed us of changes in schedule or worker. Worker and supervisor agrees on a schedule change without letting the client know. no meet and greet with a new worker ( i have to request this ) as a courtesy at least. only thing consistent with this agency is lack of communication.
