Affordable Home AC

Brian and his team are AMAZING! This review is long overdue but so happy I can finally take the time to review them.I reached out to Brian for a quote last summer after having my baby. Our apartment is a common place where his team provides service so I was pleased that they were familiar with our paperwork we had to provide to our HOA and complex site managers. Brian provided a free estimate after a walk through of our home. He gave a thorough breakdown and wasn't pushing for a sale at all - simply stated to give him a call whenever we're ready. Prices were way better than other places we checked.He makes it easy to communicate with him and the team through text messaging. The crew that installed everything were fast and efficient. Everything was pretty much done in an hour or so! This entire team is personable, friendly and definitely can tell they are family oriented as they were waving to baby each time they passed by.Brian even checked on our experience shortly after they left and wished us well wishes with our newborn. Our AC's were through the wall from the previous owner. If I put in a split system I would have to patch from both inside and outside the house. Better to replace! I called and Brian came over and recommended what I had installed. His guys were polite and respectful, which I think a lot of. They changed out 3 units, cleaned up inside (and out) and did a great job. The new units are quieter than the previous AC's, and most importantly, my house is cool! Highly recommend if you are in a position similar to mine.

Our units need a particular size of AC and sourcing it can be difficult. Luckily Brian was available almost immediately to install an AC and was able to let us know what we were spending our money on. Not only that, but he was kind and patient as he dealt with all of our questions involving the warranty, usage, and the product itself.

Brian came over for a free estimate and guided us to the better recommendation for our situation.I was interested in a single unit AC due to the small size of my under utilized rooms. I also have a split system where 1 unit is broken. I was interested in placing a single unit in that room, too.Brian actually did not recommend his single units for my specific situation. I appreciate his opinion and advice. He gave me some referrals that I will look into.Mahalo!

These guys are not legit.  No customer service, attitude is 'I'll never see you again".  They ripped me off with shabby work and no live phone contact only stupid voicemail only. No ever answers their phone number? Too many other legit companies out there to choose from. CHEAP/AFFORDABLE service equals sadness.They are always hiding, or running away from a concern or customer service.DO NOT TRUST THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
