Excellent service from check in to check out. Nurse Meagan was totally awesome and Dr. Bradley Glenn took his time and didnt make you feel rushed. Definitely recommend this clinic. Nice and clean too.

I was so happy when I FINALLY got a appointment with a Gastroenterologist right here on Maui instead of having to fly to Oahu to see one at Straub. I got a consultation w/Dr.Cryan, had a MRI done the following week and Dr.Cryan called me himself to let me know I needed a Colonoscopy. His nurse scheduled me within 2 weeks of my MRI. I know its weird to be excited to have a Colonoscopy scheduled, but trust me when I say you too would be excited when the other option is to have these appointments done on Oahu. No, my insurance doesnt cover travel cost, taxis/Uber or hotel stays. It gets costly! Anyways, low and behold, a week before my Colonoscopy I receive a call that my appointment would be cancelled AND I have to find another Gastroenterologist because Maui Memorial Outpatient Clinic will no longer have one AND they dont know when they will. Fantastic! Kaiser, what happen to taking care of the Maui community. I am not the only patient having issues with finding a specialist or getting appointments. And by the way, it was made clear that Dr. Cryan didnt want to leave so I guess its safe to assume he was forced out.

Booked an appointment with Dr. Glenn he was referred to me by a friend. Waited a month and a half for the appointment to be called less than a week out that they are canceling all appointments on the day I booked and I can reschedule a month and a half later. If you need to see a doctor dont waste your time with these jokers go find a different doctor.

Wife has a severe ankle fracture and was denied service due to the receptionist Jen having a case of mondays. Now were not getting the proper treatment for a life altering injury. I refuse to let this happen again and hope no one has to be treated with the disrespect that were receiving from this doctors office.

This place is awesome, honestly I was just going online to check their hours, . Thought I should include a review, the people here are so nice and friendly. Its clean, and run like a well oiled machine. I applaud those in charge! Not too crowded, so the minute I got there ,was sent right into X-ray then with the help of a very nice nurse. Waited a short time to see the Dr.I had a broken arm, X-ray technician also very nice.
