Horrible customer service and the woman who worked there did not show any interest. She does not treat people with respect and courtesy. Its terrible !!!! Will not recommend this store to anyone.

Called to see if they can screw my frame together, as the lens fell out. I am here for a wedding and I am supposed to read something during the wedding ceremony. I was told since I did not purchase the frames here, they would not screw the frame together with a screw.
They did not want to expose themselves to liability. What great service. I guess next time I need a pair of glasses, I need to fly to Hawaii to get them . I was not asking for anything free, I would have paid for the repair.
