Our trip started a little rocky at first but the managers were amazing and took care of us. The pool was wonderful for our little one. The beach was amazing and right on the property. The amenities are incredible and thoughtful. The luau was a true treat! If you are thinking of having your event here, dont think twice b/c you are in the best hands with Gale! She is an angel and helped my close friend (bride) through a very challenging time AND helped us as the brides guest and party. She is responsive, organized, and accommodating. She was a star when it came to this trip. Her character spoke volumes to us and left the best impression that extended beyond the Marriott.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness and grace Annette & Steve. All three individuals (Gale, Annette, and Steve) went above and beyond for our trip. I believe they did their absolute best & beyond when issues came up. Some of front desk made us feel uncomfortable, however, the most lovely and thoughtful person at front desk, Raven, was very helpful and sweet. Try to get Raven during your check in! In the beginning during our rocky start he chatted with me when other front desk ignored me. He listened and was so kind. He helped us with check out, and honestly he has the warmest personality that lights up the large open lobby! Concierge was also super helpful, warm, and kind! Lay was amazing and so was Scott! The photographer (Blinnk) featured in the lobby canceled on us several hours before our shoot. Scott was on top of it and he was our advocate with the photographer to help make things right. Every morning we would go to the grocery store near by to get things for the little one, coffee, donuts etc and every morning (and throughout the day) the valet/bell men would greet us as if we were family. They were THE BEST. We were always greeted with a warm aloha and they were so so sweet to our little baby. They would wave and engage with our little one so thoughtfully & sincerely welcoming him back to the Marriott Waikoloa. It was so heartwarming and priceless.
We loved our stay, and I highly recommend staying here! You will love it! Warmest Aloha.
