Doesn't return calls. Doesn't repair leaks from his installation. Small island, very disappointed Mike!

Mike Steven's does the best job ever on roofing. We actually flew him over to oahu to do our new home and him and his crew did a fantastic job. We are greatly recommending him to everyone 😁🤙🤙👍

Like the other reviewer my elderly relative hired Mike to replace her roof, and when it developed leaks a few years later she couldn't get a hold of him. She called for months, left voicemails, no one ever answered and she never got a call back. We eventually had to hire someone to repair the leaks, when it was still supposedly under warranty from Mike. The repairman said all the vents were cracked which was causing the leaks, so Mike was either using subpar parts or reusing them. Not sure since he never called back! Don't bother hiring Mike if you want someone who stands behind their work. I understand people are busy and things happen, but the fact that she never once got any response back upsets me. A simple call and explanation would have gone a long way. My relative didn't want me posting her experience, but since I got involved and had to crawl around in her roof to help I feel like I can legitimately post this. Since we aren't the first complaint about his bad business practices I feel like he's taking advantage of the good will of local people not wanting to make a fuss. Shame on you Mike.

Excellent work. Easy to communicate with,and on time with never any unexplained delays. Would recommend him to anybody with an old houst that needs a new roof. Prices were very competitive but would have gladly payed more for his level of work and service
