        My boyfriend ordered my usual brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink with 1 extra pump of syrup and instead of getting extra I was given no syrup. I under mistakes happen but this is a huge mistake and was extremely upsetting that we didn't find out until he arrived at home with the drink. For some odd reason there have been alot baristas messing this simple drink up and after spending so much money on Starbucks it's getting annoying.

        Ordered mobile and waited over 15 mins for my 1 drink......they had 6 workers but it seemed that the walk in orders were faster...why have mobile order then???
