We had a similar situation as the last reviewer. Our fabric on the bottom started to fall apart after just two years. We also had pilling almost immediately after delivery. The cushions lost their shape as well. When we called to ask for assistance, we were told the Kauai climate is rough on furnishings and the warranty does not cover humidity. Really?

We received a sofa and Loveseat in April of 2018. We went to Aloha to replace furniture bought 5 years earlier from Utsukas. The furniture we were replacing had faded and did not do well in our vacation rental, yet it did last over 5 years. The owner of Aloha Furniture assured us their products were higher quality and recommended a sofa and loveseat she felt was ideal for our vacation rental. She claimed it to be a far better quality than what Utsukas sold. She also said they stand behind their products and reputation. With that said, we selected a premium fabric and purchased a sofa and loveseat. The ordering and delivery process was great. We received the couches earlier than expected. Delivery people, very nice and professional. After several months the fabric started breaking down or pilling. We called and they were busy. We left our number for a call back. A week went by...no call back. We left messages...no call back. We bought a small tool that glides over the fabric and removes the pilling. This seemed to work fine so we did not call again. The pilling continued and then last month, the seam on the armrest opened. We called once again and were told there is nothing that can be done because we are a vacation rental. This is nonsense. The product was presented and sold to us as durable and perfect for vacation rentals. It should not start falling apart in 16 months or pill continually. These couches were over $4000 and to be honest, much more poorly made than the ones from Utsukas. Aloha Furniture refused to provide service or an upholsterer to resew the seem. If you own a vacation rental on Kauai, DO NOT buy from Aloha Furniture unless you get a written warranty. They never once told us that having a vacation rental voids the warranty. FYI - It probably would cost them under $100 to make the repair, hardly worth losing a customer. Bottom line...very poorly made furniture and even worse, poor customer service unless you are buying.
