Kula Lodge Restaurant

Hidden gem! Some of the tastiest pasta sauce I've ever had on the Gnocci. Pasta in Hawaii - Not something you think would be so delicious, but man is it 10/10. Friendly staff, and the atmosphere on the outdoor patio huts in unmatched with the view of the island. Can't recommend the Kula Lodge restaurant enough. Highlight of the trip!

Come here for good views and a very unique atmosphere. The food is decent as well but the prices are on the very high side.

When we arrived the hostess asked us if we had made a reservation which we replied we called to make one and they told us they dont take any as it is open seating. She then led us to a dark table and not a window one when the whole reason with going there was the amazing views and sunset. We went back to the desk and asked her if we could move to a window seat, and to our surprise she replied those were only for reservations and that the person who answered our call was probably new and gave us wrong information. She didnt even checked if there was any table available on the floor (which there was) and none of the tables had a reserved sign. That was our rough start, then the rest of the staff was friendly and able to move us to a nicer table. The food was good but definitely overpriced.
