The room service in the hotel cannot even provide plates and utensils, and the hotel suggests is to go to their hotel restaurant to “borrow”. The front desk people in Marriott hotel group are always worse than IHG and Hyatt, so there is no surprise to me. The room is clean, and the beach access is convenient. But since there are many hotels and Airbnb are available in Kauai, I would pick other hotels than this one if I visit Kauai next time.

The staff seems friendly and helpful. The grounds are pretty so far I've explored the garden side not the Oceanside.. The room will clean clean and decent size is is a basic hotel room with not a lot of special amenities and it is one small bottle of water's complimentary $5 for the next 1 there's a small Mini fridge but no microwave
