Absolutely horrid. I went to the Poipu shopping plaza this morning and heard a terrible noise, when I looked around I saw a trapped cat behind the elephant walk gift shop. I've come to this plaza many times during my trip and have not seen the cats bother any one at all! This cat was terrified! The store doesn't open until 9am and when I saw the trapped cat it was 7am, it may have been trapped for longer and who knows when an elephant walk employee is going to deal with the cat! It was a sad sight to see and I will not be shopping at this gift shop!

This store has a little bit of everything. Largest selection of vionics I've ever seen. They sell Christmas ornaments year round. Large selection of dog clothes and treats. Cheap comfortable dresses, and bamboo cay shirts for men. They also carry the kooringal hats which are excellent. Their baby and kids clothes are adorable and all are customized with poipu beach, kauai on them. Also have a lot of locally made jewelry and other products. Staff is friendly and always willing to help you pick out the perfect souvenir! Prices are very reasonable too.

DONT BUY HERE!!! 3/25 employee so extremely rude!!! 5 of us, 2 engineers & 2 school Teachers, retired Mom...LADY, don’t look at us all like we were going to shoplift. We bought all our stuff here and shouldn’t have! I can’t wait to give it away so I don’t have to think about how poorly you treated us.
