Ali'i Resorts

Ali'i Resorts has provided wonderful support and accommodations for two Maui vacations. They are truly full service from pre-planning to check-out. The staff go above and beyond! We love the emails from Ali'i Maui throughout the year to keep in touch with special features and stories. We plan to return to Maui through Ali'i Resorts!

Ali'i Resorts did a terrific job hosting our 28-day stay. The view from our condo (#203) was amazing. Sunrises and sunsets lit up the sky each day. The front lawn is just out the door and a few feet from the ocean. We walked the glorious Sugar Beach every day. We did have three storms that made for rough seas and cloudy waters in Ma'alae'a Bay, but that wasn't Ali'i's fault. We had a sticky slider door and a microwave/oven go out on us, but Ali'i Resorts acted promptly to fix the slider and replace the oven. They even had the owner buy an air fryer we could use in the interim while waiting for the new microwave/oven. The cleaning crew came in every Wednesday and gave us fresh towels and bedding. Condo #203 could use an update, especially in the kitchen. The cabinets and drawers open into each other and are clumsy to use every day.

Great location with restaurants and shopping close by! Green space and ocean right outside our bedroom window. Love the roof top for sunset annd dining option. Easy check in and check out process. Homeowner had lots of extras in condo which made our stay even nicer. Will stay here again. Thank you for your excellent communication.
