Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

The WORST experience ever. We have a loan with them where we both have paid the flood insurance company and they won't help us get a copy of the check so we can get our double payment back. We have called so many times and they have given us so many excuses and have lied so many times about the copy of the check being in the mail. I would not recommend Wells Fargo to anyone except my worst enemies. I can't tell you how much I hate Wells Fargo. I guess there's a reason why they are known for fake accounts and service scams.

They will waste your time! Don't use them. After posting this review Wells Fargo reached and wanted to hear about my experience. This was only once I posted a comment on Google. They had no interest in my email that I submitted previously to customer service. After several calls, emails and letters from Wells Fargo they stated there could improve their customer service process. I told them they were treating this like brain surgery, instead of just something simple like "old-fashioned" common sense customer service. Maybe bc the company is so large, they have lost site of who they are dealing with. All I really wanted was to be treated like a person, instead of a number.

So disappointed in the lack luster service for a 20+ year client. I asked this branch to assist me with a notary need from the BOCA Raton corp WF office. When they said they could not do it I asked them to introduce me to their next door neighbor bank to facilitate the transaction. The person at WB said she could not do that and gave me the number to do it myself. It would have been very easy for her to do. They are twenty feet away from each other’s door and I happen to know that they are all friendly...Maui is a very small island. We are a very good WF clients with multiple accounts and it is a Wells Fargo document that I need notarized. This is one of those MISSED OPPORTUNITIES to go the extra step to impress a client. Too bad the training did not include a better overview of the corporate MISSION.
