        Horrible service in Maui! Our rental car was not ready for us so we had to choose a new car, they made us rush saying we were holding up the line for 1 person after searching the new car for 1 minute, hurry up just pick a car Then when we went to our car a rude lady pulled out the slip from our hand saying your car is here go to it when we had no idea any direction of our parked car. We were very offended. Awful service

        Be aware of hidden charges and false info: I called to extend my car for 24hrs. I was told it would be an additional charge of my daily rate (79.99). I specifically asked if there were any other charges or penalties to extend : no. At return, I was charged $79.99, $109.00 AND a $10 extension fee! What is going on?!? Just be honest on the phone so your customers can make a decision based on accurate information.
