Love Hawaii Villas

Filthy dirty rooms. Extremely disappointing. Response from "owner"/staff regarding the condition of the unit was rude and defensive. Also, several of the Google reviews are posted by employees of Love Hawaii Villas. What a joke.

One of our best vacations ever. Perfect location on the beach, beautiful clean high quality villas inside and throughout the property. Very friendly, helpful staff, under the excellent guidance of Jacey, Director of Guest Experience.

I stayed at this place for about a week. This place is perfect and lovely!!! Everything you need and bedding is very good and there is a beach just a minute away, so you can go out whenever you want. I hope to stay here again when I visit to Hawaii next time!!!

Phenomenal view from unit B904. The beach and pool were never crowded. There is a closet full of beach chairs and beach toys. They have replaced the couch shown in pictures and now have a pull out. I felt it should have been better stocked with basic kitchen essentials. We were a party of five and only had 4 plates and bowls. Plenty of pots and pans and cookie sheets but nothing to bake a cake or casserole. The blender did not work very well. The wood furniture is all scratched up. The bar stool cushions could use a good cleaning...stained! The lanai cushions need to be replaced...flat and stained. The beds were soft and lumpy. If none of this is important to you then this is a fabulous place to stay just for the view. I think this unit is strictly used as a rental.

Love Hawaii Villas-what a super place to stay. We came in right when the 14 day restrictions were lifting, with a COVID negative test. They are very responsive to your needs, but there is no housekeeping services within your own condo. They provide you with the basics and you go from there. Easy check in- I had someone call us on our way and was waiting for us when we drove up—-they helped us up and helped us get parked an oriented. Everything was very clean and responsive to the need for Restrictions. No restaurants on this property, but November 1 the Aulani (next door) was opening up soon. Across the street was a great restaurant right on the golf course. Everything about this stay was classy and upscale. Great towels for the pool. The family pool has personal spaces so that you can more easily stay restricted. Parking was easy-but make sure you have a parking which is under your tower, otherwise you will be walking a great deal. There is a distinction between the staff of the Love Hawaii Villas vs. the staff on property, but they coordinate well. All staff have been so helpful and kind. Make sure you are there to watch the feeding of the Koi. Out girls loved it.
