        Brought my laptop in for a diagnostic. Jason was very helpful and professional and even though he wasn't able to fix the issue he did help point me in the right direction as to a potential fix. Excellent Customer service from this gentleman.

        Excellent service. No hassle pickup in store order. Only thing I can suggest is online inventory should be updated daily. Was told only 1 in stock but yet had multiple on the shelf as well as more than one color! That kind of information is game-changing not only did it keep me as a customer but most likely always work for somebody else as well. Still nonetheless I give a five-star rating because of the simplicity of the pickup, their staff are super friendly even the gentleman I talked to on the phone super helpful super knowledgeable good job Office Max
