        Our service appointment for our drier was expedited! They emailed to change the appointment to an earlier date! We received txt msg updates on arrival time & the technician came early. He fixed the problem in 15 minutes because he had lots of parts with him. Tech cleaned up the area and set everything back as needed. Great serviceman and service. I always use Sears repair for that readon Service: Dryer repair

        One star for the second repairman who diagnosed my problem. The first one gave me bad information and overcharged me. After one month and numerous phone calls, I still do not have the refund. Never use this company
