Used to always come for safety checks. Brought one vehicle in a couple weeks back, was given an appointment reservation paper. Came back a bit early, there was nobody waiting in front of me. Sat in my car for a good half hour before the safety check, about 20 minutes after the time stated for my appointment. Was told that the shop work had to take priority. Understandable. but a little annoying. Came back with a second vehicle a couple weeks later. Arrived at 2:10pm. Walked in with my papers, was told to wait for another customer to leave and then pull in. They pulled out, but I was cut off by another customer pulling in. Pulled in behind them. Other customer had an appointment card due in fifteen minutes. They received their safety check immediately and was out in about three minutes. Let that guy out, pulled back in, waited 30 minutes. Walked in, was apologized to and told he had a meeting (looked more like talk story with the Snap-On guy). Two more customers walked up. They were attended to before me. He tapped the trunk of my car, I assume to let me know I was about to be seen. Nope. He was inside printing papers and dealing with the other customers. I left after waiting a full hour with no safety check. Won't go back. Talk story and help the pretty girls first is no excuse for an hour wait. Five years of my business in the rubbish bin.
