I highly recommend working with Lisa Styring! This was my first time making a home purchase so I knew very little about the process or even where to start. Lisa helped set me up with a filtered search that would send me new listings daily to my email. She also encouraged me to get out and look at different properties to get a better feel for various locations, buildings, and communities. After getting a better understanding of my must haves, Lisa flagged a new listing in Kailua (which was not in my original search criteria) that she knew I'd like based on my lifestyle and taste. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was the one! Lisa helped me put together a strong offer that was competitive but also protected my interests as well. I was extremely stressed, since this was the biggest purchase of my life, but Lisa remained very calm, cool, and collected and reassured me that I would not regret buying in "one of the most desirable locations in the world"! Lisa was able to bring strong rapport with the seller's agent which was key to a successful negotiation and closing. I have nothing but great things to say about Lisa! Fun fact: Lisa and I are high school classmates and friends and she maintained a high level of professionalism during the deal. That says a lot!

Lisa was so easy to work with in the process of purchasing our Kailua home. It is evident she knows the island and market well.
