Jesse was the inspector from Building Specs Hawaii who assessed my unit.. He exceeded my expectations by completing the evaluation in a timely manner, explaining the method he applied to visually indicate deficiencies, answering all of my questions, and doing a thorough job of examing the electrical and plumbing systems, which are typically and potentially expensive repairs. He had meaningful and valuable suggestions and recommendations which are critical to new homeowners who are unaware of expensive, impactful damages if not given immediate attention. I appreciated the method by which all deficiencies were also identified by the . urgency of its problem. Jesse was meticulous and methodical during his inspection. Jesse is an extremely knowledgeable and professional inspector and an asset to his company.
