Macy's - Closed

The Macys in Kailua has great service, but a smaller selection. Never-the-less, I love having it here in Kailua!

Richard in the Men's Department was very helpful when we had difficulty locating a little-stocked size of pants for my husband, and his knowledge of the inventory and willingness to go beyond the usual good service was commendable. Richard is the type of employee that gives a business a remembered glow in a customer's mind. Thank you.

The Macy's in Kailua usually has horrid service. No one's ever around to help, or ring you up. I'm always walking around in circles looking for a floor person. I imagine it's the Macy's the rest of the Macy's on the island sends their rejects to. You know, the ones that work just enough to not get fired. Well, let me take that somewhat back, the make-up and perfume ladies where nice and helpful to me the last time, and actually rung me up for the surf-shorts I bought. Although, I don't see myself buying very much make-up and perfume in the near future. So I guess, for me, this place is good for taking a dump because there isn't any other public restrooms on that side of the street...
