        This property is BEYOND 5 stars. Forget about the amazing staff who never say NO to anything, the amenities is second to none. From the King’s Pond with tropical fish you swim in, many diverse pools, perfect weather and guest rooms, suites and villas - look no further than Four Seasons. Never a disappointment!

        This place was a phenomenal experience for my husband and my first trip to the Big island. We were greeted by Joel and he is the standard of exceptional customer service. Joel was willing to drive us not only to our rooms, but give us a mini tour around the resort so we could familiarize ourselves with all the amenities. He made us feel at ease and shared about life on the island which helped us tremendously. The food at the restaurants were top notch and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
