Absolutely not surprised by all the 5 star reviews! If you have a European car that needs repair, Big Island European Auto Works is hands down THE only place to go to! Kelly, Danny, Andrew and crew go over and beyond the call of duty! Honest, reliable, experts and just good hearted people! I have a fairly new LandRover and I initially took it over to another shop for a diagnostic. Something told me not to trust the results. I moved my car over to Big Island European Auto Works. They are fairly priced and really accommodated my crazy busy life circumstances as well. So much so they had me in tears of joy! Just a perfect experience!

Danny & Kelly are over the top in customer service. His expertise in working on my car is amazing as well. I don't know many auto shops that would come and pick you up and bring a mechanic to drive your car back to their shop. Then loan me their own personal car.! Kelly & Danny I love you guys!! I will never go anywhere else!

Cannot say enough great things about this place!! When my check engine light came on and I was having some stalling issues with my VW, they worked with my schedule and were able to get me in very quickly and accommodate me driving over from Hilo side. When it came to the diagnosis, they explained everything super clearly and got the parts ordered from the mainland right away. Pricing was absolutely fair and outlined to me in detail before I agreed to anything. When I picked up my car after the repair, there were no surprises or added charges like you might find at the more unscrupulous island mechanics. On the day of my repair I happened to have jury duty and they even offered me a ride from the shop to the Courthouse so I wouldn't be late - customer service is CLEARLY their top priority...plus they have an adorable shop dog. Literally can't get any better than that! I will be back for sure.
