Let me just say that I HATE leaving bad reviews for companies especially during these tough times. I really wanted this to work out and was so excited the first couple times I spoke with Kevin. He assured me that his company could handle everything from start to finish including all of the graphic design work. He was super responsive and even said he could have it done in a couple weeks. His price wasn't the cheapest but I liked Kevin and I liked his customer service. That all ended the moment we processed our 50% deposit. Kevin took our money on May 15 and that was essentially the last we heard from him for weeks. On June 21 I sent him an email essentially asking for our money back since he was not answering his phone (every time we would call it would go to his voicemail which was full so that you couldn't leave a message) and he was not returning our emails. He quickly responded and said that he had a close fired pass away and that he had just dropped everything and gone to the funeral. Ok I thought, fair enough lets give him another chance. He then sent over our first design and I am not kidding it looked like a first grader put it together in about 5 minutes. Obviously he put very little time or effort into it. He assured me this was the first design and he would spice it up. Ok, no problem. Weeks go by and nothing. Finally he sends me another design....its a little better but still needs a lot of work. Ok, I send him my requested edits....weeks go by and still nothing. I emailed him several times and again no response. As of today, July 24 I still have not received any updates or edits from Kevin. It has been over two months since we paid our deposit and all we have received are two VERY poorly put together designs and no follow up from this company. The other reviews essentially say the same thing so if you are going to give this company a try, do what we did and put the deposit on your AMEX. That way when Kevin takes your money and never follows up you can at least easily dispute the charges.

I met Kevin back in 2016 at his house as I doing a delivery. He had told me about him being in the vinyl wrapping business. He then told me about a TC that he wrapped. I said hey, I know that car. It was a female driver and her car won best female driven car. Now, I never thought to wrap my car. But after meeting Kevin, I thought, why not. So I gave him a few pictures. After getting my car back, I was blind with excitement that the car was finished. I said it looks great. It's awesome. But I also needed to wash the car and prep it for a show the same day I picked it up. After a few days of looking at the car, I realized that the lines aren't straight. And there's some details on the car he didn't follow. His excuse was he didn't notice it in the pictures, so it wasn't included in the quote he gave me. As for the lines not matching, his excuse was that he was doing everything freehand. Well, I walked away taking the bullet and no compensation or a plan to fix it. 2 years later, the vinyl on the bumper was lifting and cracking. Kevin said the vinyl is supposed to last 8 years. And I thought, screw it. Not gonna talk to this guy. So I peel it off. Now here's where I get super mad. I found blade cuts on my car. So these guys cut the vinyl on my car using a blade. I'm furious. I brought it to his attention and he says normally they knifeless tape, but supposedly couldn't use it in certain areas. He wasn't even concerned about the damages they caused while under their care. Again, I walk away with no compensation or plan to fix it. 2 more years go by (2020) I confront Kevin. I told him I want to re-wrap my car, but, I don't want him touching my car. I want to do it myself. I figure this will give him the chance to redeem himself. I told him it'll be cheaper for him to give me the vinyl I need than for me to take him to small claims because the job wasn't done properly or completely, and my car's paint was damaged in the process. He gave me the run around for months. A friend told me she knows a guy that does vinyl and has a roll he's no longer using. Which was amazing because he wanted nothing for it. The guy didn't even know me and said here you go. I was able to rip off the old vinyl and completely redo the entire wrap and still have some left over. Anyway, in the pictures, you'll see the examples I gave him. How I got the car back and how the car looks today after doing it myself and spending endless nights on it, making sure it looks how I want it to be.

Work for Maui signs for about 10 months. Went to Arizona on a project and was never paid for the work that I had I did in addition to many other workers on the job. Since being there I saw countless customers here on Maui that have never got the work finished after paying deposits. Every job Really takes much longer than promised if ever finished. Its sad to do business like this on Maui since it's such a small town. Take your chances if you want. Maybe even try avoiding giving a deposit. Over promise under deliver almost every project. So many broken promises it's crazy how Kevin continues to get business. Here's some excuses to look out for: 1. We're waiting on material to arrive. 2. Something went one of our prtinters. 3. We're on our way.. but never show up. 4. Didn't receive a email from you I think our email is properly working. 5. I had problem with the file. 6. Were letting the product cure and settle we should have it ready by tomorrow. Good luck if you decide to take your chances.
