chaotic work environment with little to no structure, with managers that will hire you on with promise of intensive training and development, only to lure you in with those false promises to try to make you some sort of work mule with no respect, only to let you go when you ask for proper compensation and what was promised to you to when you got hired. skip sending your resume here. to do these things to people in the current economic climate is abhorrent, the superiors here have no aloha.

We have had HCW for more than three years now and LOVE the quality and service. Firstly, the water tastes amazing; clean and clear - this is better water than you buy in the store. Secondly, you really don't need to call them they just show up and service things. I anticipated a different service technician each time, but we have had the same pleasant and efficient tech each time- that says something about how they treat employees! We had a small problem with a leak when we moved and once notified, they came right out and handled it. This week I called because the flow isn't quite right, and they were very responsive- sending someone out to service within 2 days. We would never switch back to the delivery service, it is wasteful with washing the bottles and all the gas for delivery and they had terrible customer service.

In recent years I have been enjoying instant hot water and cold drinking water at my fingertips both at home and at my office downtown. A few years ago I even worked for the company doing sales while attending UH Manoa. They were great to work for. Good customer service, good product, good leadership and thats why people love them!
