I was at the dealer from 10 am and was going into the dealer with the intention of purchasing the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle was there and, because I had scheduled a time with the sales person, they met me there. I had already made it clear that I was there to purchase as long as the car looked fine. I was then ready to sign the paperwork and was qualified for the purchase, then told that the finance person does not get there until after 1 and that I needed to wait for them and they can't hold the vehicle. I was irritated and hungry at this point. I signed the contract and left around 2:30 pm and was starving. Upon reviewing my purchase agreement, I realized that the sales person included a warranty that I explicitly asked them to exclude and I can't get in touch with the finance department/person. I have emailed them and called without any answer. I want to know if this is usual. I also just took off the paper mat after having the vehicle for a week and noticed that the vehicle, being as expensive as it is, doesn't come with any mats or anything in the back. This is not a good experience given I am going through a buyback from VW of my lemon. The purchasing process is lacking to say the least.

Katie Santana, our Service Advisor, was wonderful: friendly, competent, understanding and responsive. While we were not pleased that our brand new car needed service nor with the amount of time it took, we feel confident that everyone at VW gave their best.
