Stumbled upon this place after our massages and were not disappointed! Lemongrass chicken, short ribs, shrimp pad Thai, and pho (duh). Also highly recommend the spring rolls. The perfect lunch.

Amazing Pho and Exceptional ServiceMy wife and I were searching for a place to get Pho in town and came across Pho Bistro on Yelp. Despite arriving late and close to closing time, we were greeted with a warm, family-friendly environment. The staff was prompt and friendly, making us feel right at home.Our drinks arrived within minutes, and the soda had a perfect syrup-to-carbonation ratio. We both ordered bowls of pho, which were served in just about 10 minutes. I wasn't initially in the mood for pho, but the aroma of the broth instantly changed my mind. My mouth began to water as I took in the scent.The fixings were fresh and crisp, with jalapeños that had just the right amount of spice and minimal seeds. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the broth was absolutely mouthwatering - the best I've ever had. I usually take home leftovers from even small bowls of pho, but not this time. I couldn't help but devour the entire bowl!Pho Bistro exceeded our expectations with its friendly atmosphere, attentive staff, and phenomenal food. If you're in need of a pho fix, this is the place to go. Whether you're vacationing nearby in Waikiki or a local willing to brave the traffic, it's well worth the trip. Bon appétit!

I ordered the beef stew with noodles. The beef stew did not disappoint. Plenty of beef chunks. Savory broth broth.

Came here for dinner and it was disappointing, ordered bun thit nuong and the meat did not taste good at all. It was too salty, not a lot of flavors.
