All the want is your money. I made a deal with Mr. Dan the owner and everything was good until I drove off from the dealership. They took too long to pay off the trade in. They sent the title to the wrong lien holder. I have to put 900 dollars from my pocket to don't affect my credit. I'm still calling to the dealership to speak to Mr Dan and ask him for my money, they just gave me all kind of excuses. Don't waste your time, money, and peace with them.

Don't buy a car from these guys and if you do DO NOT get the "extended warranty" it's a scam. Plus, when you try to cancel it they never get back to you. You've been warned.

Auto Mart USA is a complete scam. They haven't returned any of my calls about the lemon car which they sold me. Beware of this dealer.

Aloha, I sold my car here. The salesman, here Quin, offered me the highest value in town. He kept it easy to understand justifiable. The payment was quick and the amount of communication was high. The sales-personnel here is really friendly and trustworthy. One can tell that they do not try to force decisions on you. I am really satisfied with the service and the general way I got treated as a customer who does not know that much about cars. So if you search for a crew you can actually trust, you will not need to search much longer. Aloha

Bought a 2010 Nissan Murano. As a disabled vet in a wheelchair I always buy extended warranties (which cost me a good chunk of change). As i cannot afford issues with my transportation. I recently had a flooded apartment in which much of my valuable paper work was lost. To make matter worse not long after my car broke down. When i reached out to auto-mart about getting copies of my warranty they passed me on to a 800 number who then claimed to never have received the original filing from auto-mart. That person was very upset and Auto-Marts practices and refered me back to them. Further more when confronted with this and again asked for a copy they said it would few days as they had switch locations and computerized twice in the last two years. Completely blowing me off. Looking like a Scam artist lot. Beware.
