Could not be more pleased with the way Sergio trimmed my Mango and Lychee trees at my home.  From the wrapping of painted areas and posts to avoid tree sap as they dragged brush, to the professionalism of the crew - hard hats, well trained & equipped, and presentable, to the meticulous clean up in the yard and street.  You won't find any better and it'd be tough to find comparable.I've been a landscape contractor in Honolulu since 1979.  (we have no business relationship and this is the only work I have given him)

I called them over and over and Sergio never called back. They did a good job on my trees in the past, but their customer service sucks. You could say that they are so good that they are busy, but at least call back and schedule for a future date. Instead... nothing.

I strongly recommend this company I have been their customer since 2015 no complaints . I am having my Mango tree removal and the other Mango tree trimmed today ( this is the 3rd time i have use their service) .... just one thing .. this is a very busy company because they are really good and fair price, so If you  expect them to be free to do your job right away it means they are no busy ...they don't have a lot of customers pending... ( wonder why ? ) you have to be willing to wait for a excellent job to be done. If you are impatient  just go with another company that they are free to do the job right away ( don't have a lot of job and more expensive ...wonder why ? ) . I prefer quality. I will use their service again in 2 years ... 2021
