Chock is rude and has attended. Don't why he in these business of He has no concerns for his patients and money spending. Like pays for his work, etc. Plus, there is a need to just a redo class on helping others and not giving attitude and begin rude there for a reason. I recommend Ronald Tam he ent dr and is good listen come up with situation to help the patient who see him.

If I could give him a zero rating, I would. I called in to confirm a situation and he was giving the rudest attitude, lack of patience, and proceeded to give attitude. Didn't even meet them in person yet, but just a conversation from over the phone ruined my whole overall experience with them.

Absolute worst doctor's appointment. Rude receptionist and even ruder and dismissive doctor. When I asked to file a complaint, both the receptionist, Alex, and Doctor Chock stated they didn't know what the process was to do that AND that the only person to complain to was him. The receptionist stated that they had NEVER received complaints before so they didn't have a process. They both stated that they never look at Google or Yelp to review how their patients feel about their service.

Find another ENT!! Worst experience ever. Dr. Chock was rude, mean, unaffected and unapologetic when I verbalized he was causing me pain. If there was a zero star option, hed get it. He should retire!! He obviously doesnt enjoy helping patients.
